Shipping Policy

Digital Products:

Most of our embroidery design files are digital downloads and do not require physical shipping. Once your order is complete and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link to access your files immediately. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes of purchase.

 

Custom Physical Goods:

For custom embroidered items or physical products that we create for you:

Processing Time: Custom orders typically require 10 days for production before shipping. You will be notified when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Method: We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping times vary based on your location and the service selected:

• USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping on products.

Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@shopinitialdesigns.com within 2 of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
